Love letter

I've been a Deviant here at DA for six years now.
The first time I saw DeviantArt's screen as I logged in under the username YukiOni in 2007. I submitted art from my and my babu Gnejs OC's, drew a lot of yaoi and emo things. I was seventeen and thought my art ruled. In the same events, the first Baywerse Transformers movie gets released.

In 2009, I abandoned my DA page for some time, because I had such a awful low esteem for my art, and the artblocks flew tightly around me. Babu tried countless of times to make me get back to drawing and upload my art. 2009 wasn't only a good year for me. As 20 y.o,
I received the news that I got the incurable joint sickness Rheumatoid Arthritis, and that my body would never be the same again. My right wrist got swollen to the double size, and trying to move it was a pure, white, sharp pain. I had to start on heavy medications and slowly, I got a little bit better, but far from okay.

In the late 2010, I started to upload again, still OC's, but also some fanart of movies, comics and other Deviants OC's. Some arts gets deleted because I dislike it so much, some stays in the folder named Dearest OC's.

In 2011, Gnejs/babu manage to get me into watching a TV show called Transformers Prime with her. At first, I'm resistant. "'It's a kids show with transforming robots!', why would I like as such?" is what I said to her. She just insisted and grinned, saying that she really thought I'd like it. So I watched it with her. The first minutes of the first episode was so dull and I didn't understand what was going on. Why wasn't there a human driving the car or motorcycle? How could they talk over the screen like that?

Then they transformed.
And then things suddenly happened very fast. Suddenly I was caught in a world with explosions, stiletto-heeled, thin, tall robots, with amazing voices. And humans. Humans I actually thought was okay. Babu tells me that her boyfriend is a huge fan of the Transfomers, and I have some discussions with them about this new phenomena i my dull life.

I get hungry for more of these amazing robots and discover the Baywerse movies, maaany years after their release. Then I watch Animated and falls in love with the humor and the Decepticons, then Armada where my diehard love for Screamy takes place, BeastWars which I actually found by accident but enjoyed and of course, Prime. Then I buy the whole collection of TF:G1.

My first Transformers toy was a don't laugh Spanish talking Optimus Prime from a BurgerKing joint in Spain. Then I got a small Seeker figure from my ex-boyfriend, which I believe could be Armada Cycklonus, but I'm not sure. He's as big as my thumb.

In 2011, I also discover a really nice drawn TFA fancomic called Discovery by neoyi, and I get the urge to maybe try and draw some TF myself. After the Transformers Prime episode Partners from s.1, I get the urge to actually start with my idea of making a TFP doujinshi, but I still had my RA. I wouldn't let that stop me.

Since I'm pretty shy and still doesn't have much self-esteem in my art at that time, I try for fun to publish the first page of Eons Ago on September 10, 2011. The series is supposed to be about how Megatron and Starscream met and fell in love, and plan on making 3-4 chapters.

The response I get on the first page is;

I got really glad, but also very surprised that people would've react to my fan series like this. I still blush while I read those comments

I continue the making of Eons Ago, and along the way, you guys are my dearest inspiration source while I draw.  You give me constructive criticism, you inform me when spelled wrong, tells me how much you love the story and how I portray the characters, how you actually cried while something happens to the characters, etc.

Now, in 2013, Eons Ago have established as a pretty well read TF doujinshi.

But along the way, art thieves have stolen my identity and published Eons Ago and my art on various sites under my name, I've got my page spammed by Haters/Flamers telling me how awful I draw these characters and gained a place at the "Robots in Disgust"-TUMBLR.

But there's also where you amazing, amazing amazing people come in. While I've been upset, sad or in a art-block, I've had you guys.
You always pull me up from my sadness. You cheer on me, my fight against the RA, send me love-letters and cyberspace hugs, fanart of my OC's, and even fanfictions; inspired by my art. Every time I get a new watcher, I get so, so happy. It means someone acknowledges my art, likes it and  tell me to keep me going, doing what I love.
